They did a great job diagnosing and fixing my issue my car runs great now. The only problem I have is the markup on the price for parts, maybe all shops do this but for example need to replace ignition coil, I found the average price if I were to get it was around $124 but was charged $258, not happy about that at all but I suppose all do this. I will inquire next time before I ok it with any shop.
Good Afternoon Mark we appreciate all of our customers feedback. I'm glad your 2012 Chevrolet Cruze is performing better. Anytime you have a question regarding pricing or how a repair is completed we will be happy to discuss. There is a website called Repair Pal our facility uses when pricing is involved. It's a great tool to use both as a repair facility and the consumer. I looked up the average cost for coil replacement in our area and it ranged from $231-$279. We usually are in the middle on price and offer the best warranty in town at 3 years or 36,000 miles. Mark my name is Jon and if I can assist you in any way don't hesitate to give me a call. Once again we value all of our customers and appreciate your business.
