Always accommodating when I call for service. They tell me to bring it right in. Especially when it's in an emergency. Parts on hand. Keeping me informed as I'm waiting. We are new to Ocala. Our 1998 Jeep Wrangler needed work done. I read reviews of shops in the area. AutoMaster had many positive reviews. I brought my car in and told them of my concerns with the jeep. They did tests and came back to me with what they found. ( some things wrong I was aware of , a couple I wasn't. ). They gave me a short list of things needed to be done and cost. No high pressure to do everything. It was a very nice experience dealing with them. Will be going back there for all my repairs.
