I had a seller drop a car off at AutoMasters for a pre-sale inspection. John set up an appointment time, and sure enough, the car got in at that time. They have a system set up where they upload pictures of the inspection as they are doing it, so you can see any issues the technician points out. It helped a lot in my case, as I do not live in Ocala so I couldn't be at the shop. Following the inspection, John gave me a point-by-point breakdown via phonecall on potential issues he saw with the car, which helped me decide whether to purchase it or not. The service was a little more expensive than I've had at other shops, but the quality was much better and overall much more informative. Very pleased with the experience, would definitely recommend them for this service.
