OCALA AUTO REPAIR

This was my first experience with AutoMasters Service Center. I needed an alignment after getting a set of new tires, and I was very impressed by the professionalism and competence. I was kindly greeted, and my car was taken in immediately (at my appointment time), and was finished in one hour when promised. In addition, the technician who worked on the alignment explained the results, and showed me the diagram of the adjustment he made. I highly recommend AutoMasters, and plan to return for my auto needs.

Went in to get my brakes checked! They assisted me with my master cylinder & new ABS system is working perfectly! Great crew, will work with you. My car was in great hands, even during a hurricane they look care of my car.

Jon showed my husband and I pics of the issue he described so we’d have a clear picture of the issue. Very friendly, communicative and the service offered was swift and thorough. Our families new mechanic. Highly recommend!

Super friendly and quick. Needed a plug in my tire after running over a nail. They also checked out a weird noise in my engine and took care of it.

I brought my 1979 Lincoln Mark V in for an A/C charge. They pulled my car in to the shop put it up on a lift and checked it out. Found that the system was older than what they could work on . No. Charge! Sometimes the best service is being able to say this is something we can’t do and giving suggestions on who and how to have it fixed properly. Very professional. I would recommend as an honorable business.

Awesome work they worked with when the dealership could not. They replaced my abs modular car runs smooth Brittany has excellent customer service. Some business should take notes on how good she it. The have replaced a horn a while back again when the dealership could not. There honest and don't rip you off or try and sell you things on the car you don't need!! Will be back for future needs.

After being totally ignored for over 10 minutes at the local GMC Dealer Service Dept. I went to Auto Masters ( Fishers ) . Walking in the door I was greeted by Brittany , what a difference. The Job was handled to my fullest satisfaction. After having been in the customer and service business myself for many years I can recommend this Auto Service Business to the highest.
