So lucky to have found John and crew at AutoMasters! Moving my daughter out of her apartment for the summer and her vehicle broke down in Ocala. We were able to make it to the local Chevy dealer who were awful, told us they were busy and did not care that we had broken down far from home. Thankfully we found AutoMasters and although they were busy too, they were very understanding and were able to squeeze us in and get my daughter's car repaired the next day. Loved that we were kept updated through an initial phone call and then subsequent text messages with detailed inspection reports and estimates with photos! We were able to approve or decline services through messaging and were on our way with kindness and compassion. Do not hesitate to take your car here for any repairs or maintenance you might need. Jeep was not steering to my satisfaction, they did a shake down and all was good. This gave me a peace of mind. It’s best to be safe. Manager is knowledgeable, friendly and was very helpful in explaining.

Thank you for helping my daughter with her brake lightswitch today!! We were out of town and weren't able to take car of it. We will definitely be bringing our business here in the future (our normal shop wouldn't even look at it for her until Tuesday)

These guys are pretty awesome. They also really seem to understand that your time is valuable. Took my company vehicle in for a problem with a switch. We thought we had it fixed, but when it failed again, they were Johnny on the spot and quick to fix it. Another company I'm glad my boss signed up with. Truly
