Fast service, excellent workmanship

I was referred to AutoMasters by a trusted local tire shop that does not do alignments. There appears to be a very good rapport among the staff. In my experience a lot can be said about the quality of personnel a shop can keep up front. I would definitely consider this shop on South 441 for future service. Sarah was very friendly and professional on the phone and I was able to get in quickly for an alignment and synthetic oil change. Tom helped me at the front counter. He was thorough and explained their fees clearly. Even though they were busy, I thought my car was serviced in a reasonable amount of time. I enjoyed their free Wi-Fi and chatting with the folks in the waiting room.

Great service as always. Will recommend to friends and family with no hesitation.

The folks at Auto Masters were a pleasure to deal with and they fixed my car quickly for a reasonable price. Who could ask for more? I'll definitely take my next car problem to them.

My AC had stopped blowing cold and I found AutoMasters listed on the Better Business Bureau site. I called ahead, but was told (by such a nice-sounding lady) that I could just come in. With a very short wait time my car was inspected & an estimate written out-- very reasonable & fixed quickly! I was so impressed-- I'll definitely be back!

Excellent service. They were on time with my scheduled appointment and they did the requested service with no pressure sell for services I did not need.
