Courteous, respectful team. Communication about car status was open and continual not only with me, but with 5 other customers present with car issues in waiting area, by the service manager, Tom. I witnessed professional communication with two customers about the imminent need for extra repair on their cars due to safety and without pressure for the service center to perform the repair. Options were given to the customers to process the information and make an informed decision. Excellent job performance on my hybrid. The service tech, Matt, was detailed and took extra time to ensure a perfect job was accomplished. This is a professional team.
